Our repositories encompass a variety of healthcare data including clinical, imaging, pathology and molecular datasets derived from disparate clinical systems within our institution. Data is curated, validated, and integrated into our databases.
IDx Prostate
This repository integrates data from various clinical systems into a curated database that enables matching and comparison of prostate diagnostic imaging findings with biopsy and whole mount findings.
IDx Lung
This repository captures clinical, imaging, and pathologic data of patients with lung cancer or at high risk of lung cancer into a curated database. This data can be used to deliver new knowledge and progressive methods for early detection and management of lung cancer.
IDx Breast
We have established a highly curated longitudinal digital breast imaging repository with state-of-the-art mammographic, sonographic, and MRI images and corresponding pathological and clinical findings.
IDx Liver
This repository integrates clinical, imaging, pathology, and molecular data from various clinical systems into a curated database to facilitate research into the tumor microenvironment of hepatocellular carcinoma.
IDx Kidney
This repository combines clinical, multi-modal and multi-phase imaging, and pathology data to improve the differentiation of kidney masses and predict biological behavior of renal cancers.
